Shipping policy

All domestic orders are shipped via UPS Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. Standard orders ship within 2 business days from Healdsburg, California, if your item is in stock. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable in the event of a return.

During times of high-volume orders may take up to 3 business days to ship.

International shipping varies widely depending on the receiving country and can take up to several weeks to arrive. 

International customers are responsible for all local duties and taxes.
