Refund policy

A Curious Beast accepts returns or exchanges if postmarked within 14 business days of the delivery receipt date. 

• All merchandise must be unworn and in new condition with all tags attached in the original packaging.
• We currently do not accept returns on International orders.
• Some offers are Final Sale and will not be eligible for a refund. 

Please email hello@acuriousbeast.com for a prepaid return shipping label.  

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll initiate the refund. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed.

For exchanges, if the requested item is not available you will be notified via email and we will issue you a full refund.  It takes approximately 3 – 5 business days to process exchanges after we have received your item. 

Merchandise purchased from other retailers must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and is subject to the return policy of the retailer.
